Our office, after a legal study and documentation of facts, successfully obtained a series of restraining orders from the District Court of Limassol, effectively freezing over 12 bank accounts and properties valued at €2 million against an accountant who had worked for 15 years in a group of companies for our client. The issuance of the orders was successful unilaterally.
