Our office, after a legal study and documentation of facts, successfully obtained the issuance of a restraining order from the District Court of Limassol, effectively freezing a bank account valued at €110,000 against an individual in Limassol who deceived our client. This person presented our client with a supposedly advantageous opportunity to purchase an apartment and deceitfully extracted money. Our client secured the return of the amount deceitfully taken, along with false representations, by unilaterally issuing a restraining order.
