Christina Christou, lawyer and partner of Fellas & Christou law firm, successfully obtained today an interim decision from the District Court of Paphos that freezes the bank accounts and company shares belonging to a Chinese individual for over €2.000.000 on behalf of an Israeli diamond dealer company, in a claim involving theft, fraud and false representations.

This individual used her business relationship with the Claimant to illegally obtain from them 28 diamonds and then used fake identities to evade justice and travel between countries.

This individual was finally located in Cyprus and the Claimant came to Fellas & Christou LLC, a law firm specializing in financial fraud civil actions and urgent interim procedures, to secure their rights with great success.

The Court decided that the preconditions of Article 32 of the Courts of Justice Law are fulfilled to issue the freezing orders.
