• Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce in the internal market.
• Amendment 97(I)2007 – The Law on Certain Aspects of Information Society Services, in Particular Electronic Commerce, and Related Matters of 2004 and 2007.
• The Processing of Personal Data (Protection of the Individual) Law 138 (I) 2001 regulates the collection, storage and use of personal data.
